How do I create a promo?
Open PoshPromo and tap Create Promo. Choose a promo type, select the listings you want to promote, style it (color, text, and position), preview the before and after, then apply.
Will my original cover photos be safe?
Yes. Before PoshPromo styles a cover, it saves a copy of your original. When you end a promo, you can restore your originals in one tap. PoshPromo can also save both the original and styled covers to a "PoshPromos" album in your Photos, if you allow it.
How do I connect my Poshmark account?
You don't sign in to set up PoshPromo: enter your closet handle and PoshPromo reads your public listings. When you apply a promo, PoshPromo asks you to sign in on Poshmark's own login screen inside the app so it can update the covers on your listings. Your Poshmark password is never seen or stored by PoshPromo. You can skip the sign-in; the styled covers are then saved to Photos only. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What's included in PoshPromo Pro?
PoshPromo Pro unlocks unlimited new promos, all 15+ promo styles, editing promos that are already live, and promo-end reminders. On the free plan you create one new promo a month. Applying a promo to your live Poshmark listings — and restoring your originals — is free, and so is every color: presets and the custom picker alike. Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, with pricing shown in the app before you subscribe.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Open the PoshPromo Pro screen and tap Restore. This re-checks your Apple ID for an active subscription and unlocks Pro on the device you're signed in to.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your device, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select PoshPromo, and cancel. Note that deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Is PoshPromo affiliated with Poshmark?
No. PoshPromo is an independent app made by Solid Foundation Software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Poshmark. Poshmark is a trademark of Poshmark, Inc.
How do I delete my data?
Your data is stored on your device. You can reset it from the app's Settings, sign out to clear your Poshmark session, or delete the app to remove everything it stored. Images you saved to your Photos library stay there until you delete them.
