How do I create a promo?
Open PoshPromo and tap Create Promo. Choose a promo type, select the listings you want to promote, style it (color, text, and position), preview the before and after, then apply. You can save a promo as a draft and finish it later.
Will my original cover photos be safe?
Yes. Before PoshPromo styles a cover, it saves a copy of your original. When you end a promo, you can restore your originals in one tap. PoshPromo can also save both the original and styled covers to a "PoshPromos" album in your Photos, if you allow it.
How do I connect my Poshmark account?
During setup, you sign in through Poshmark's own login screen inside the app. PoshPromo uses that session to read your closet. Your Poshmark password is never stored by PoshPromo. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What's included in PoshPromo Pro?
PoshPromo Pro unlocks unlimited active promos, all 20+ promo styles, custom colors, and promo-end reminders. It's available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, with pricing shown in the app before you subscribe.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Open the PoshPromo Pro screen and tap Restore. This re-checks your Apple ID for an active subscription and unlocks Pro on the device you're signed in to.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your device, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select PoshPromo, and cancel. Note that deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Is PoshPromo affiliated with Poshmark?
No. PoshPromo is an independent app made by Solid Foundation Software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Poshmark. Poshmark is a trademark of Poshmark, Inc.
How do I delete my data?
Your data is stored on your device. You can reset it from the app's Settings, sign out to clear your Poshmark session, or delete the app to remove everything it stored. Images you saved to your Photos library stay there until you delete them.
